Contracts
In
an age where we are now reliant on computers and their
labour saving properties, it is imperative that you have
support of an IT Professional. Lost data and time and
costs a company several thousands in hard earned revenue,
but the added cost of an on-site IT team can be prohibitive.
To this end, CADS has developed a support contract service
to help the small business to keep running. Developed
on a simple structure to help facilitate a working partnership
that we are sure will be of interest to many companies.
- Support
for hardware and software (Microsoft/Sage products only)
failures
- Problem
Solving e.g. EPOS systems, Sage Development, Access development.(Additional
cost may be incurred for development programming)
- Purchase
of parts and consumables at cost plus 7.5% (exc. delivery)
- Callout
within 48 hrs in most cases (excluding weekends)
- Hours
of contract 8am-6pm (additional cost outside of these
hours chargeable)
- Areas
covered Derby, Burton on Trent, Tamworth, Birmingham,
Ashby de la Zouch and Coalville and surrounding area's
- Free
5mb website hosting and domain registration for time of
contract plus first web page (Fee payable if contract
cancelled by either party if website to continue)
- Monthly
subscription payable in advance
- Either
party can cancel contract with 1 months notice subject
to subscription being maintained.
- We
are happy to support a single machine or 30 separate workstations
on a network.
